We're reaching out to you because you attended one of the MSEG events this spring, or have expressed interest in getting involved. You and others like you are making a real difference with your support. You are helping us create space for open, respectful discussion and helping us build a strong community voice for our district. If you haven't done so already, please fill out an anonymous demographic survey as a parent/student or employee. It will help us learn more about who we are reaching.

We'd like to invite you to an in-person community engagement at 5:30pm on June 1st at Fremont High School. We will ask our fellow members of the OUSD community to express what is most important to them about their experience in OUSD schools, and what is currently working for them.

The main goal of all our meetings and activities is to impact the decisions that will reshape our district, not react to them after the fact. This gathering will be the next step in that process.

Food, child-care, and interpretation in Spanish, Arabic, Mam and Cantonese will be available. Please register in advance for the event so that we can plan how best to support you.
